• Event Organizers: Name, email address, payment information (processed by Stripe), and event details.
• Guests: Photos uploaded to events, IP address (for security and rate limiting), and optional name (if provided).
• Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our service, device type, and browser version.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

• Provide and maintain the Pictoria Live service.
• Process payments and prevent fraud.
• Display photos in real-time slideshows.
• Comply with legal obligations.

4. Photo Storage & Retention

Photos uploaded to Pictoria Live are stored securely on Cloudflare R2. Retention periods depend on the plan of the event organizer (e.g., 7 days for Free, 90 days for Basic). After the retention period, photos are automatically deleted.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted service providers necessary to run our service:

• Stripe (Payments)
• Cloudflare (Hosting & Storage)
• Vercel (Hosting)

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EU, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Event organizers can delete photos directly from their dashboard. Guests can request photo deletion by contacting the event organizer or us directly.
