Pictoria Live provides a real-time photo sharing platform for events. We allow guests to upload photos via QR codes and display them on a live slideshow.

You agree not to use the service to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe upon the rights of others.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms and to suspend accounts that engage in prohibited behavior.

4. Payments & Refunds

Paid plans are billed as one-time payments. We offer a full refund if requested before your event date. Once your event has taken place, refunds are no longer available as you have utilized the platform's processing resources and features during the event.

5. Limitation of Liability

Pictoria Live is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
